A private mountain-view oasis, the walled pool deck is spacious and lined with bistro lights. 6' deep, the shimmering saltwater pool includes a tanning ledge and oversize spa. Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Security camera details: The Home has 1 entry camera, located above front door to Monitor Main entry of property for the security and safety of the property. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD125 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
